The role

As a Data Specialist at Brainsights, you will be at the forefront of our data operations, critical to unlocking valuable insights for our clients. You will work with cutting-edge EEG technology and collaborate on projects that push the boundaries of content analysis. Your work will directly influence how businesses understand and engage with their audiences.

This cross-functional role interfaces with product, analysis and consulting, and operations, offering a diverse and dynamic work environment. Requirements:

At least two years of work experience in a research organization, agency, or brand.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with computer equipment and learning new software.
Ability to travel internationally for work.
A natural curiosity and willingness to dive into complex data challenges.
Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to continuous self-improvement and learning.

What you'll be doing

Capturing biometric data in our lab using portable EEG devices, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyzing, plotting, and preparing data for further analysis.
Maintaining the quality and integrity of our data to uphold the reliability of our insights.
Supporting data collection efforts and collaborating with our international customers.
Ensuring our data collection devices are always in top condition for seamless operations.
Keeping detailed documentation to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in our processes.
Providing insights to improve data collection methodologies.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to project planning.
